Damas Filipinas. An orphanage. The very first thing that came out into my mind was "abandoned children". Children who were left behind. Sila ung mga bata na hindi alam kung san sila nanggaling? sinong pamilya nila? panu sila napunta doon? bakit sila iniwan ng mga magulang nila? bakit sila pa? Those are some of the questions that they keep on asking. Yesterday, I went to Damas Filipinas together with my friends and some of GK manila "siga". bakit kami pumunta dun? there are people who wanted to celebrate their birthday kasama ang mga bata at ang gusto ay makatulong sa pagpapaganda ng tirahan nila. The kind-hearted people. :)

The kids were so cute. They performed something for us. They welcomed us with the song "welcome to the family". From that moment, we all feel that we are all welcome. They also sung and danced. :) i want to share to you guys the photos of the kids.

when nothing else to do!

Today is the start of our long weekend. No classes, no thesis at this moment, no worries, no more things to do. Just plain vacant time for me. I want to do something productive today. The following are my choices: to read story books, to study in advance for midterms, to practice our dance, to start doing our FNCP, to clean up our bedroom, or to just sleeeeeep? no no no. That's very unproductive :)) what do i need to do?

I think, at this very moment, i will just keep on writing on my blog, just like this. :) i want to share with you guys some of our pictures in London. I am with my mother and sister together with my aunt's family.

We were all overjoyed. We didn't expect ourselves traveling, going to London. That's why we are in high spirits during our vacation in the land where past meets future. The culture and arts are highly maintained. :) ---- i think i should put it to an end. until next time :]

here comes my thoughts of the week.

1. never let your guard down

2. its up to you if you will believe or focus yourself on all the doubts in the world

3. talk to your partner whole-heartedly

Every week, there are things or issues in our life that come in without any notice. It's either a good one or a bad one. It's US who will face them, so its up to us on how things will be and must be.

We all know that there are things in our life that we cannot understand no matter what we do, no matter how we try to figure things out. bakit ganon? kahit sabihin pa ng taong mahal mo na wag ka na matakot magmahal ulit, ang hiraaaaap :i hmm. still nakakatakot ibigay lahat para sa kanya. yung tipong limited lahat ng sasabihin mo kasi baka masobrahan ka at wala ng matira sayo AND baka sa bandang huli iwan ka lang nya ulit. somehow, gusto ko mawala ung takot na yun sa sarili ko. Kasi sabi nga nila, di mo naman malalaman ang result kung hindi mo ittry eh. db? db? you should take all the risk. eto lang un eh, kung magmamahal ka man, ibigay mo na lahat lahat.. oops not the girl thing na tinatago-tago naten ah, i mean lahat ng way para mapakita mong love mo xa. kasi kung hindi ka naman todo-todo magmahal, edi wala ding kwenta. db? nagmahal ka pa kung di mo din naman binigay lahat. you should be brave enough, for you to know your true happiness. :) blah blah blah. :p

Our splash island getaway is one of the most memorable outings that I joined to. We enjoy those slides like the twisted palms and the bimbamboo! (not sure for the name) :) For our lunch, we decided to order the bilao thing which is 400 per bilao, consists of 1 liempo, 1 talong, 4 BBQ, 4 rice, 1 itlog na maalat, with kamatis and bagoong :) and we also ordered for 2 plates of manga! with bagoong also. :)) we enjoyed the food! :)
